Stable structure and high performance

Our 'K' series engineered floorboard is high-pressure glued together with 3 ply and cross-boned real woods. It could well prevent itself from being deformation. Also it is used 5 primer 3 Aluminum Oxide UV finish coating which is made our floors stable, comfortable, durable and beautiful.

Environment concern and natural quality

'K' series applies only Germany's paints and gules.The release limit of free formaldehyde conforms to EUE1 standards.The entire body of plank is made from real wood with natural and beautiful patterns,soft and timid colors.The total effect is excellent after laying.

HARD MAPLE (AB Grade)

COLOUR : Sapwood is pale to creamy white. Heartwood is Creamy white to light reddish brown.

HARDNESS:1450; 12% harder than Northern red oak.

DIMENSIONAL STABILITY:Average (change coefficient .00353); 4% more stable than red oak.

DURABILITY:Dense, strong, tough, stiff; excellent shock resistance often used in bowling alleys and athletic facilities.

NATURAL OAK, RED (AB GRADE)

COLOUR:Sapwood is lighter in color; most pieces have a reddish tone. Heartwood and sapwood are similar.

DIMENSIONAL STABILITY: Average (change coefficient .00369)

HARDNESS:Northern Oak 1290 (benchmark)

DURABILITY:Stiff and dense, resists wear, with high shock resistance, exceptional stability, good anti-shocking performance.

SANTOS MAHOGANY / RED CABREUVA (AB GRADE)

COLOUR: Reddish brown changing to a deep red or somewhat purplish after milling, lustrous.

GRAIN: Shiny, interlaced grain, very fine and even structure, heavy woodiness.

HARDNESS: 2200 (benchmark).

DURABILITY:High strength, outstanding corrosion resistance, termite-proof,sorrel or maroon,regarded as king of wood.

SOLID HARDWOOD FLOORING

Ash is a highly grained pale creamy wood. There is usually no distinction between the sapwood and heartwood. Ash is popular not only for its look, but also for its ease of working and incredible strength. Because of its flexibility it can withstand pressure, shock and splintering.

We stained our product to Gun Stock color which is the popular color in North America that make the look more classical and luxurious.

Our Ash Boards are kiln-dried 6%-8%MC. Knots are pre-filled and the flooring is pre- sanded to 120 grit. All boards are stress grooved and tongue and grooved to 4 sides. Also it is used 5 primer 3 Aluminum Oxide UV finish coating which is made our floors stable, comfortable,durable .
